I like making resolutions. They make me feel so productive without even having to do anything. I simply resolve to do a thing, and: magic! I've accomplished so much! I feel all the warm fuzzies!

Toughing it out.
Turns out I broke my elbow after slipping on some ice. Took me ten days to go see a doctor about it. Here's what I learned.

How much time do you waste avoiding tasks when you could just do them and save yourself a lot of stress? How much do you let little stress get to you?
